Memories From The Past
Memories of the years
My goal is to create a web page for each year that the corps competed and I need some help. I invite you to submit brief memories that you have of the corps. Rather than including "generic" memories, my hope is to use memories that relate to specific years. These could be about performing in the corps, traveling with the corps, watching the corps from the stands, excerpts from articles in old corps mags, etc. For the web page I'll include a couple of photos of the corps for that year and I'll use some, or all, of the memories that were submitted.
To get an idea of what I'm hoping for, please look at the page for 1963. This was my rookie year so I did it based on my memories of that year. While I chose to do it for a year, I'm not asking you to do a year by yourself. I can easily use memories from a few people to create the page.
If you wish to submit anything for this project, please send an email to Bob Carell (toronto_optimist at rogers.com)
