SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Date: Saturday November 27, 2021

Arrival Time: 4:30 PM (do not be late / help in decorating the trailer is appreciated)

We need to load the trailer and move by 5:15 PM to the start of the parade to be staged in spot #39.

Location: Former Canadian Tire Parking Lot (on Yonge Street north of Murray Dive)

This is in the area of the finish of the parade.

Dress in Green tunic, Black Bibbers, Santa "style" hat (we have a few extras) Warm boots and gloves.

No stopping, starting, mounting or dismounting of floats once parade has started.

Bring your music, a stand if you need one, and lights to illuminate your charts duringthe night parade later.

COVID 19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

1) It will be mandatory to wear masks (except when playing a mouthpiece). Hint: speak up and don't mumble.

3) All attendees will need to sign in and provide their telephone number (cell preferred) before the performance.

4) Trailer seating will be one performer per bench seat as our outdoor distancing standard.

5) All horns will require brass bell covers(at least two layers of cloth held tightly in place). Tests on different cloth types finds Spandex type material is the best. There is also a non-sewn option to make one as detailed in this video https://youtu.be/DoaarM_CHcU

6) No beverages (except individual water bottles) or foods / snacks allowed on the trailer.
